Full of enthusiasm and a great Europe supporter, Cristina Santana is a world citizen, she speaks four languages, and she is always happy to share her experience and knowledge.
She is graduated in Enterprise Law at ICADE and Political Sciences – International Relations at the University Complutense in Madrid. She has first-hand experience of the EU institutions, with an internship at the Juridical Services of the EU Commission in Brussels and, after completing a Master at the Free University of Brussels (VUB), she worked for six years at the heart of the EU as an EU Affairs Specialist at the Delegation of the Canary Government.
Since 2008 she has been Director of the European info-point Europe Direct Canarias, an information office co-funded by the European Union which is dedicated to bringing citizens closer to the real EU essence.
