Graduated in Political Sciences at the University of Perugia.
Federico is director at the Bureau d’Assistance Technique within the Programme of the EU Commission (DG I) MED-CAMPUS, wish aims at creating a network of cooperation amongst Universities located in EU Member States and Mediterranean third countries.
Senior expert evaluator. Consultant and trainer in projects design, project evaluation and programs, he applies the Project Cycle Management approach, adopted by the EU Commission.
He also leads workshops in participative project management, teamwork and focus groups. He trains teachers and moderatos. He is founding member of the GOPP Moderators Association and member of the International Association of Facilitators. He is also an associate at the PCM Group (Process Consultants and Moderators) Bruxelles. His working languages are: Italian, English, French, Spanish and Portuguese.
